Just wondering if theres any others out there like me:cool: In the morning when the alarm goes off I wake up ( sort of ) and hit snooze . . . I'll have another 15 mins . . . another 10 mins . . . ( switch off annoying snooze ) just 5 more mins. Oh I've turned over and found THE MOST comfortable postion ever, why didn't I sleep like this last night!. Look at clock with twisted neck, ok, if I time myself I can put on my clothes in er . . 10 mins, brush, eat etc in another 15/20...

And so it goes on! I time everything for myself before I get out of bed just so I can sleep an extra 10 mins!:P and after all that I just make it into work with a minute to spare! oh well, I'll have that fag in abit when the boss isn't watching!:hihi:

Then slam the door as I leave

Yeah you look at your clock.

"Hmm 7.13 I'll get up at 7.20"

"Hmm 7.21, I'll get up at 7.30" and so on.

We're all soooo lazy!

Maybe I am the lucky one where I get up, take my mad pills, drink some tea.

Then think Oh fitch it, how about some wine whiskey and more mad pills.

Wondering why the bin men are awake at such stupid times?

Noisy also!

What's an alarm clock... and what exactly does this snooze contraption do?

I usually wake up when my body tells me it's time... unless the phone rings first, or the postman rings the bell (yes, where I live the postman still come in the AM... about 9.30am annoyingly enough!).

I wake up at 6 when the alarm goes off and leave at 6:20. If i snooze I leave late.
It's actually better not to snooze if you need an alarm to wake you up, as setting your alarm as late as possible gives you more quality sleep rather than dozing sleep.
If you can wake up when you like, then dozing is just nice.

It's rare that i have a problem sleeping either, generally because i'm knackered.

My alarm clock goes off at 06:40. I press snooze twice, jump up,put my clothes on, wash, brush teeth, run downstairs, take multivitamin, grab my kit, jump on the bike and cycle to work.

07:15 (ish) i'm at work, quick cuppa, Banana or cereal bar, start work.

Like a well oiled machine ;) ......I wish:hihi:

I hate my alarm clock. It is a manifestation of all that is evil in the world, and it squats by my bed with that malignant red glow, just waiting to slam into action with obnoxiously loud noises at 7.40am. Then every nine minutes after that until the dog gets into bed and pushes me out.

We are late every day. Every single day. I see it as a rebellion against the money-based, love-less world of work work work work, a world which is just sooo wrong.

Mark blamed me for our lateness, and got his own alarm clock for his side of the bed...an evil little critter made to look harmless and adorable and ET-like, but hiding a soul of pure malignancy. It makes a horrible, unremitting beeping noise designed to wilt the soul.
After three days he turned it off for good.

We are and will continue to be late. Always. After all, once it becomes a constant, it isn't being late anymore, is it? It's just the time when you get in.

Cosy:P :P :P :P
