I just got me a film SLR (couldn't afford digi for now)

This is the only pic that turned out okay (ish) off my first roll

Taken on a Nikon F55 with 28-100 kit lense at Aperture Priority mode with A set to 5.6

Think I would have preferred the flower to fill the frame.

Nice. I agree with dafoot though. Could fill the whole frame with the rose.

Thanks for the comments. Gonna invest in some better film at a little higher ISO as I was shooting on budget fuji at 200 iso and even in the sun I was having trouble getting fast enough shutter speeds when pointing at the flower. Ill keep em coming. Took 5 rolls last week but a skint but will be getting em done this weekend.
