How long have you had the new cat? There will be a settling in period and your new cat is obviously feeling a bit vunerable, hormones a raging and sore at the moment. I know if I had just been speyed and had a litter of kittens I certainly wouldnt be feeling on top of the world. Give it some time.
It can take a while for a new cat to settle in so don't give up - just make sure your existing cats get plenty of cuddles. The new cat will be very grumpy after what she's been through too. Make sure she has a place all of her own to go and hide away and sleep in, keep her in a different room at times if necessary! Cats living together will always fight each other from time to time - mine always do, but it's rarely so bad they need to be taken apart!
She'll be feeling extremely vulnerable if she has a buster collar on, they brush against their whiskers and make them feel trapped. Once the collar is off she'll be much better.

What mathom says is very true - give your cats space and dont try to make them get along, they will sort out their own pecking order over time. Things will be fraught at the moment because your new girl is so new and she has just had surgery, so lots of strange smells and situations to get used to, as well as resident cats. And yes, cats living together will have the occasional tussle, but they sort things out their own way. I would make sure new girl has somewhere quiet to get over her op, maybe somewhere seperate for her litter tray n food dishes just for now,so she doesnt feel threatened. Give your other cats lots of fuss to reassure them they have nt had their noses pushed out.
