In my able-bodied days, I did a drama diploma at Shirecliffe, mainly based at Burton Street (which was called "Langsett Music and Drama Centre", back then) we had some of the academic classes (such as English) at Shirecliffe itself, other classes (history of Drama, costume design etc) were at Burton Street, except Joinery, (the set construction stuff, like building scenery flats etc) which we did at Salmon Pastures, down't 'cliffe! (this was very early 'eighties, BTW)
