Hi,

I have done a search on this but can't find anything useful. Does anyone have any details of personal trainers in sheffield. I would like to see one to get some advice about a routine I could do at home in my (limited) spare time to get rid of my awful baby belly that just will not go anywhere!!! After an initial visit I would just like to see them once a month to keep me on track. Anybody know of anyone who would do something like this.
