can anyone tell why i cant open certain links on my computer when i click on the link my home page comes up

when i recieve an email saying click on link below it takes me to the home page for internet explorer.

Ok... perhaps I need to be a bit more specific..

- What are the links? Can you give a few examples please
- What email client (Program) are you using?
- What version of Windows are you using?

The more information you can provide the easier it is for someone to help... without it, we're just fumbling around in the dark.

I LIKE fumbling around in the dark!

I would suggest it may be Spyware...i had this at Freeserve once but cant for the life of me remember how i fixed it! Helpful i know.

Download Spybot S&D or Ad-Aware and see what that turns up.

you are right, i was told to uninstall my spywear, by blueyonder and everything is fine. i purchased spyhunter by enigma, cost me £20 as well.lol.

try system restore my :mail packed up once and i did restore to a earlier date problem sorted for me i use avast securty its free to down load too updates evry day go to avast.com {home edition } besst regards steve ...
