I am in Scotland with my brother for a few days, and thought you may like to see some scenes of round and about where we grew up. Been to Iona today, weather very mixed Hebridean summer, midges and sunshine, rain and wind. Fairly typical though, but when the sky clears, the camera has been coming out!

The first one could almost be the carribean. I've only ventured that far north once, was in summer and similarly beautiful, but dayum cold at night.

I love the beach photo. The place looks very tranquil. I bet you're proud. :)
It doesn't look like somewhere in Britain. It looks like Greece, but the modern housing makes it confusing. It stands out quite a bit. Good photo!

Those are absolutely gorgeous photographs of a beautiful location. What a stunning place to have grown up in. I have to visit there; it's essential!

I'll put some more photos on soon, have taken loads. In the meantime, here are a few of the peacock that wanders about my parents garden, it generally isn't too friendly, so my brother and I were really pleased to get these!
