I still find this bidding system confusing, in fact after having read the housing rules on criteria and having had it explained I find it more confusing.

Does any one have any expeirience of how it works in practice not in theorire? For eg. in practice do people with waiting time or for eg. people with demolition or other priority get the property if its advertised as for pwople with waiting time of say 5 years? Is there any rule for who goes first when it actually comes down to it?

I helped and old lady up some stairs as she could hardly get to her flat on the top floor of some flats and saw there was one on the first floor so I asked her why she didn,t apply for that one and she told me its already gone but it hadn,t been on the property shop site? Any one know how this works?
