Apparently , most of our everyday lives, we are playing a game.
It is something new that I have learnt to do with transactional analysis.
the best know one is the one that the alcoholic plays and all the roles that the people around the alcoholic pla as well.

It is a bit like a theatre production.
The problem is, that I am 43 years old and until a few weeks ago, I didnt know that people are playing these games, nor did i reaise that I am playing the games myself.
There is a very old book, which is a bit out of date now which bears the title"Games People Play"
I am reading it at the moment.
When I have finished it, I will try to fathom out which one I am playing.!!

Does anyone else recognise any games that they are playing at the moment.
Psychologists will be good at this one, if there are any members in the Forum..
