Astronomers from the Sheffield Astronomical Society are inviting the
public to observe the Sun this Saturday (14th). Running from 2 pm till 6 pm, visitors can drop into the events on David Lane in Fulwood (Sheffield S10 4PH).

The astronomers are bringing the equipment needed for you to observe the Sun’s surface safely, (Depending on the weather.)

The astronomers warn that you should never look directly at the Sun
without special equipment and supervision.
