Guys

Just spoken to my sister in law, this is a lady who will walk over coals to hep people out, she was suddenly widowed 13 years ago when my brother in law had a masive heart attack, then she had breast cancer and had to have one removed.

She met her new man and has lived so happily for the last few years, they booked their wedding at the registry office and I have been busy planning her wedding, she didnt have a wedding dress or fresh flowers for her first one, nothing really, few sarnies in the pub after a quick do at the reg office, no money for a nice do.

This one she wanted the fairy tale and I had found THE dress for her on ebay, it fitted perfectly until a couple of weeks ago when she kept having lots of pain in her back and side, shes been losing alot of weight and now the dress doesnt fit.

I am devasted as shes been told today the cancer has returned in her bones, I cant get my breathe guys, this special day has become so much more important to both her and her partner now.

She cant afford posh dresses, cars, make up people, or even a photographer, the reception will again be in a pub....BUT do any of those things matter really ?

This is so much more than a wedding now....Just wanted to share this with you all

xx

What a sad story. At least she has someone by her side to go through it with her. I'm hoping for a happy ending for all.

Shes having a scan done this week to see how far it has gone, then we will know whats what.

Fingers crossed for the scan.

I don't know about getting the rest of the wedding on the cheap, but I suspect there would be plenty of amateur photographers wiling to do a job for relatively little for portfolio.

I thought of that too but she hasnt any spare cash now and what they do ahve they are keeping by incase she needs to buy anything.

I think she will just do what she can with what shes got....Quite frankly right now as long as she marries him I dont think she cares anymore
