It's up, and better than last issue. I like jellyfish (http://www.magknits.com/July07/patterns/jellyfish.htm) and Nerides (http://www.magknits.com/July07/patterns/nereides.htm). Distinct lack of sockage though.

I might have a go at the bird bag - I like your likes too kb, also stargazer ;)

I'm not sure about anything. The sleeves of Jellyfish and Stargazer both look hella difficult to wear for me. Magknits must make me curmudgeonly. At first I thought the bird bag was a bird apron, and I did like that idea.

You could easily make it an apron, in fact I command you to; go forth and customize!

I like the bird bag too, do you think a girl can have too many bags? Stupid question, of course not! I am sure I have yarn in my stash to do this one. I really should finish the remaining WIPs though, ho hum. Maybe I'll just finish the back of that jumper and do the bag as a small respite... or was this how I got all these WIPs before?

There's nothing there for me this time. I quite like the look of Nereides except that I've worked in seafoam stitch before and I'd had enough after 2" of it. It is a good stitch to show off interesting yarn and it does grow quickly so maybe I should give it another try. The only thing is that I have a list of projects in waiting and there's fierce competition for the top of the list.

I know exactly how I get too many wips. If I reach the stage of having nothing to knit except a sock I have a mad fit of startitis and end up with six or seven things on the needles. If I have three or four things on the go at once and never let it drop much below that then I don't let myself get carried away with the starting.

A little tiny toddler size apron maybe? I'm thinking about it...
