HAs anyone else had any dealings with homecall?
We were with BT originally then homecall said they could save us money on our phone bill, but on the first bill they charged us £15 for a premium rate internet site which we didnt use - they wouldn't take it off our bill so we went back to BT.

I got a call from Homecall today offering me cheap phone calls again- when I said no the woman goes " we do loans as well- would you like a loan" !!!! How bloody iresponsible is this? And how can a phone company suddenly offer you a loan too?

I had the opposite, BT phoned me today to ask if we had a mortgage, WTF is it to do with you I asked, at which point he hung up. :loopy:

We've not experienced Homecall yet... we are with Tele2 and keep getting annoying messages from BT trying to convince us we would be better off returning to them. They always forget to mention the fact that we will be paying more than double what we are paying now if we do return to them.

re- homecall if you want a crap broadband connection use them,other wise steer clear,we have had horrendous service with their broadband package,as their marketeting says recomend a friend & get £12-50 only do it if you are called judas
