:wow: Where you getting that from?!?!
I think £75 for the RAM upgrade is pretty steep.
I don't know much about building pc's but is'nt the AMD Athlon processor just a few pounds more than the lower spec Sempron?.

James that is a good price. That's what it costs for the parts. If I was making it for you I would charge an extra £75 and that would include bringing it around, and sorting it out again in a couple of months.
Don't bother with the extra memory.
If this person isn't a close relative or really good friend, make sure that you do something to thank them for their time and efforts. Setting ip a pc is time consuming and will prolly take about 5 hours to do a really good job. Giving them £10 for a drink would be an insult. More like take them to pictures, nice curry then pub.
sounds ok to me! i would usually say buy the parts yourself and muddle through.
but no point at that price really. just get it done :) but if you want to upgrade anything buy the parts yourself and install them. its really not difficult (depending on what your doing of course) and people really rip you off for installing something that after a quick look on the net would take you 10minutes
That looks like a good deal - check the copy of winXP pro is legit. (not trying to cast aspersions, just playin safe!). The memory upgrade looks a little steep, as some others have said, otherwise, its a good deal!
For most stuff you can live without the extra memory anyway, or you can always upgrade later! (Ask an Expert to explain how to upgrade your memory ;) )
enjoy!
