Well- it just goes to show that animals can be taught how to behave and to get on, whatever their breed or species.

Still wouldn't fancy your chances of getting many cats to be that calm with chicks though ;)

I have to tell you though - my cat came in last year with a tiny chick in her mouth, she wasn't biting it or holding it like they usually do with it hanging out of her mouth, it was completely cradled, she dropped it into a hat that had fallen onto the floor and was upside down and then went back out of the cat flap!

I thought 'oh no what's she brought?!' and when I went to see tiny birdie was not harmed at all.

She probably thought she could come back for it later but I was still quite impressed! :lol:
