The FA cup board and the FA will be looking into the ground situation at Yeading, it only has a capacity of 2,500 and only 250 of that is seating. A possible switch to Newcastle or to a ground near Yeading? What football league team has a ground near Yeading?

I'm sure they are all happy for that one, all the comparisons will be coming out in the press like one Chelsea player earns more than the whole Scunny team, etc. Come on you Irons!

Apparently Scunny sold out of their tickets within a few hours, it will be a major financial boost for them.
What is happening with the Yeading v Newcastle game? They can't play it at either Yeading or St James park so an alternative has to be chosen now.

It's going to be played at QPR now.

Yes, they had to select somewhere within 20 miles of Yeading and QPR are sort of a local rival.

I'm not sure why tie couldn't be switched to St James Park. This has happened in the past and as it is a much bigger venue. It should be up to the home side if they want to switch for financial reasons. The FA cup is the only chance some of these small teams get to earn some decent cash for their clubs.

It's also a big day out for some of their boys. I can't understand why the FA seem to have abolished this ruling.

The FA are an association stuck in the past, they say one of the reasons they didn't want it at St James is that it will ruin the tradition of the cup, sorry but WTF?!?!

Times move on and some teams are so poor they need the financial boost of the big ties at the big clubs and this is one of them. What about the magic of the cup? The David and Goliath tie at a big clubs ground with the potential bannana skin in front of their home fans? That to me is better than any rules or regulations put forward because they wont switch the tie.

The BBC have chosen the Blades v Villa game for their live match. Good choice really as whenver UTD play in the Cup on TV against a Prem side - there is always controversy.......

The Blades stand to make around £200,000 from this so that should cover the new signing we made. It will be interesting to see which ref' we have for this. I guess there is a seperate draw for the refs when a Blades game is drawn;)

So here's the 4th Round draw;

Derby v Watford or Fulham
Man Utd or Exeter v Middlesbrough
Cardiff or Blackburn v Colchester
Chelsea v Birmingham
West Ham v Sheff Utd
Oldham v Bolton
Arsenal v Wolverhampton
Everton v Sunderland
Nottm Forest v Peterborough
Brentford v Hartlepool or Boston
Reading or Swansea v Leicester or Blackpool
Burnley or Liverpool v Bournemouth
Southampton v Portsmouth
West Brom v Tottenham
Newcastle v Coventry
Charlton v Yeovil

Whats your pick?

I reckon the Southampton v Portsmouth one will be a good un - Harry might get abit of stick. Also the Oldham v Bolton tie should be a scrap.

Utd play West Ham away - can we do it again ?

From a neutral's perspective, I agree that the Southampton V Portsmouth game is a great draw. Isn't it funny how this tie has been drawn so soon after Redknapp going to Southampton?!

And Oldham V Bolton for the local derby twist is a good one. Oldham might fancy their chances after beating Man City in a derby!

And West Ham V Sheff Utd looks interesting too. I was surprised how many empty seats there were in the Sheff Utd V Villa match though. OK, Villa aren't really a glamorous side (sorry to any Villa fans!) but I thought Utd fans might want to see their team have the chance to get one over on a Premiership side in the Cup?

The complete 5th round draw;

Bolton v Fulham
Tottenham v Nottingham Forest
Everton v Manchester United
Charlton Athletic v Leicester City

My guesses;

Bolton

Some good looking ties.
