I used to know a Peggy Foster back in the '50's, who lived on the Kelvin before the flats were built. She went to Upperthorpe School.

I am part of the Foster clan, although most of my immediate family lived on Arbourthorne, and i believe they were origionally from the Crookes/Rivelin area, and were one of the first families on the Arbourthorne, when it was built.
