This is on victor street and is being marketed by saxton mee and is on their website with photos.

briefly: good size lounge, good size dining kitchen with built in oven and hob, cellar which is boarded out and with some tlc is a useable room. upstairs is a very large master bedroom with built in large cupboard, 2nd bedroom - good size (fits double bed), and good sized family bathroom. Attic houses a large studio bedroom with loads of space in the eves for storage. velux window.
patio at the front and really nice enclosed garden at the back with lawn and patio area.

This is on at 134,950.

this is bigger than your average terrace upstairs as it goes over the gennel(?) at the front and back. come and see us!

IT MAY ALSO BE WORTH ADDING THAT OUR HOUSE HAS NOT BEEN AFFECTED BY THE RECENT FLOODING, WE ARE AT THE WALKLEY END OF HILLSBOROUGH WHICH IS ON MUCH HIGHER GROUND THAN THE FOOTBALL PITCH, AND OUR ROAD IS ALSO A SLIGHT HILL. SO NO WATER DAMAGE WHATSOEVER, AND PEACE OF MIND IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN.

this is the link for our house:

Whereabouts in Hillsborough is Victor Street? Have you been affected by the floods?

hiya, victor street is off langsett road just before you get to hillsborough barracks (morrisons). it's easy to find, about a 10 minute tram or bus ride from town. we haven't been at all affected by the flooding thank goodness, see edit to OP for details. thanks.
