Can anyone recommend a Sheffield business that rents out motorhomes or campervans? I really want to go to a friend's 60th birthday in the Borders in July but am terrified of travelling - thought I could hide under duvet while hubbie drove :)

I don't know in sheffield but there is one called snailtrail.co.uk that deliver they only do VW campers I think, my friend used them said they were great.

there is also voyager motor home hire in deepcar now at the service station on manchester road, not used them but they have brand new vehicles

we hired one from here last week....and it was beautiful. Our first ever hire of a campervan....but definitely not our last. :thumbsup:

A few people have mentioned that we were on the forum so thought I would take a look.
We have been hireing motorhomes out for a while and at the moment are running 2 x 4 berth motorhomes.
We would always advise you to try before you buy(not just from us) and put into any equations the total true costs of owning one. Insurance, road tax, storage, repairs, depreceation and those little items you see at shows and buy them and find you dont really use them all add up to a tidy sum each year.

hi for anyone looking for anythink bigger than the normal motorhome or caravan hire try us, we now hire out all american stuff and have just moved into a new place over at sandtoft and now sell 5th wheel caravans also, and we are cheap
