Are there any Pilates instructors on the Forum or does anyone know a good one. I'm looking for someone to come & run the occasional pilates session for Spice members.

Could you get back to me I would like to do the assertive course at Concord on 16th April but not a member. Do I have to book in advance or can I turn up on the day???
