Hi all.

Im just wondering if anyone else if having trouble with BT yahoo mail. For the last couple of days regardless of where im logged it occasionaly threw out an error about no XML in the response. Now I have to sign out and sign back in every time I want to check if new mail is received or send a mail as it is just jamming up.

YES! Just tested it at btyahoo.com and the main screen comes up after signing in but when I click on my mail, it says error. It will be a temporary thing whilst they do maintenance or something.

Its been on and off for a couple of days so we will see what happens. Cheers for your reply.

I never use it. Somehow BT managed to give me over 200 spam messages in my inbox the day I signed up. Would love to know how they managed it.

The same way they'll manage it again when you delete 'em!
Whatever you do, don't complain about it to their helpdesk though - your blood pressure will go through the roof as a result.
Yet another example as to why NO company should operate a so-called customer service from abroad, and verification that the company's board are not only blind and deaf to any problems but truly don't give a **** for their customers....

Lol :) I definitely think it's worth paying around £25/year for your own domain and hosting with POP3/SMTP. So much easier to control.
