Yeah but surely you wouldn't fall for that.... I always hang up immediately. I'd then pick the phone up again a second later to make a call and the recorded message would still be playing. Oftel/Ictsis (or whatever they're called) just won't allow it, precisely to stop the kind of con mentioned in this hoax.
