does anyone else get pestered by the "homeless" guy in a green jacket? I've seen him loads and i swear his limp changes leg more oten than i change socks! Him and his mates have some sorta drip needle in their arms n ask for money to get back to the hospital.....woundn't they be given a medical special pass or not be let out if they needed the drip?
its really annoying....... is he really homeless,
ya can always tell when they are at the station becaus eof the message "there are some ppl in the station asking for money.....
The drip thing might be because he's being a guinea pig at the hospitals.
I used to do this years ago when I was a doley. The Hallamshire used to experiment on you for cash. Sounds awful but it wasn't that bad really. I often had to do such things as walk round town with a tube down my nose which I used to really enjoy because it was so funny to see the expressions on people's faces - they'd stare then feel guilty coz they thought something was really wrong with you.
I won't mention having to collect my poo and store it in a tin for a week....:D

sounds nice!
Theyre bloody annoying those beggars in the station i tell you. Ive given a few of them a good telling off, specially when they have the cheek to come up to me with a big spliff in their mouth and ask for a quid for some food.

well they need to be told and i feel im just the person to do it
I've heard of these people and I think they may be users. I have a friend that works at the hospital who was approached by one for cash. She declined and by coincidence, it turns out the guy was being counselled by her husband for his drug use (heroin). Apparently, it's a common scam down by the hospital.

Dont get me started on the beggers in the town center!! As i live in town,if i need to go to the shops for a loaf or something like that i have to walk past at least 4-5 everytime, and there seems to be getting more every week, its really starting to get out of hand in my opinion,i've even seen a few with dogs, surely if they cant feed themself how do the dogs go on!! this is something thats really starting to get on my nerves!:x

National Service. Thats what we need.
I walk down the moor each day at lunchtime and sometimes I can't believe what I see!
God help us all!

I would like to see this in operation myself.
