Hi,

I'm new to the area, having recently moved to Chapeltown. I was hoping someone on here may be able to tell me what day the local papers publish the new job vacancies, and what papers to look out for?

Thanks :-)

Hi,

The Star is the local paper, and Thursday is jobs day.

www.mysheffieldjobs.co.uk is also a pretty good website, and the Council website updates jobs every Wednesday morning.

Hope that helps :)

I previously worked in the Marketing Dept for an engineering Company in Surrey (Torqueleader.com), so something similar to that would be great. However I am very flexible.
For the last few months I've been working at a car dealership in Doncaster, the position was advertised as "Marketing Manager", but all I do is sort out the IT systems and admin work.

I am a HR Manager for a manufacturing company called Wybone. We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator, and it might be of interest to you. We are in Hoyland, which is only 5 minutes from Chapeltown.

Our website is www.wybone.co.uk. Shall I e mail you a job description and person spec?

That would be fantastic. I've just sent you a PM with my email address.
Thanks for your help.

I'll be able to email it when I get home from work tonight, would that be ok?
