As you may or may not know, I'm currently on a 10 year fundraiser in which I intend on raising shed loads of money for Meningitis Trust by taking part in many different activities. I've already done the one activity which was run the London Marathon and have already planned a series of treks for 07/08.

So, I was thinking, after I've done the above events that will leave me with about 8 years to do alternative things. I've been having a gander on the net for inspiration, but I'm struggling therefore need some input from you guys. Any suggestions on what I can do for future challenges which will make people want to sponsor me???

All ideas are welcome, no matter how strange :D Get an idea of what I've done or planning to do visit my sig.

Throwing yourself to your death aside... I have looked into swimming channel and a nice small run called marathon des sables, other than that I'm stuck for ideas.

A sponsered sheep shear, I know a couple of farmers that would let you do it they would be glad they didn't have to pay someone else. You could be sponsered for each sheep shorn.

I know some one that raised £1500 shearing 30 sheep, it nearly killed him and he stank of lanolin for about a week after.

Try some of the touriste traps like White Post farm or Sherwood Forest rare breeds farm, they like charity events as it's good public relations.

So, how about a topless car washing during the summer? Myself and a few other male volunteers could wash cars whilst topless. We could blag the use of a pub car park and the use of their facilities in return they would get, hopefully, an increase in custom and publicity from the event. This could be made into a mini forum meet.
