Hi Folks

with a heavy heart I may have to vacate my allotment at the end of August as I will be moving. It is mostly cleared, which is pretty unique on HH and has some lovely features!

If anyone would be interested in taking over the tenancy, I would much rather hand it over in a fairly fit state at the end of the summer than leave it to chance and let a year of hard work go completely to waste.

If you are interested, either leave a msg or PM me and perhaps we can approach the allotment office together. I will be taking my fruit bushes, compost bins etc but at least you will have a clearish plot.

I was speaking to Rob about this yesterday, and he told me to check the forum. Vicky, have you already been flooded with requests for your plot??? I am DEFINITELY interested, I was looking at the plot next door to you (other side, obviously), but was told that even though it's down as available on the council list, it has been taken... :( If yours is available, I'd jump at the chance!!!

Vicky - I'm very sorry to hear that you're leaving us! Someone will get a cracking plot for sure and wont have the task of clearing their plot from scratch like the rest of us 'proper' Hagg Housers!. All the best for the move and we must have a leaving do for you, barbie, beer etc...!

Just to let you know that the plot has gone but thanks for the interest in it.
I agree, allotment leaving BBQ is a must, especially since I dug that fire pit!
Will let everyone know - probably late July/August I reckon.
I am pretty gutted to be leaving - thanks for the comments about the plot :)
