Does anyone have any experience of working for them in the call centre?
What are they like to work for? Are targets reasonable?
Any info you have would be good. Cheers!

My daughter worked for them at the callcentre as a 'fill in' job when she left uni- two years later she is an accounts advisor in a branch in Bristol and really enjoys it. She hasn't done the graduate programme, just worked up.
It is a good firm to work for, they have good staff training and promotion prosepects are good if you work hard.
it isn't for everyone though!

i worked there for 8 months. I give them credit, they are a good company to work for, always helpful if i ever needed time off etc but its become very target orientated, when i first started it was more about customer service, know its all about making a sale, basically if you don';t make a sale of another nationwide product in the call they aint really interested.
