Is there anyone from your childhood/youth who made an impression on you for whatever reason?

For example a nurse, teacher, neighbour etc etc. What memories do you have of the person and why did they stand out?

A Junior School teacher called Mr Perry....he was good. Gave space in lessons for lots of project work and demanded quality.

Also a Physics teacher called Grey, and a Chemistry Teacher called Steve Woodhead. Encouraged an enquiring mind.

yes, one of my teachers, we had a blackboard on wheels, he use to go behind it to scratch himself, thought no one could see him, blackboard only went down to his waist !
