Can anyone help me with a question about msn. I have just registered with msn messenger today but now my son also wants to register as he doesn't want to use my name. When I try to add a new account its telling me that I am already registered. Do I assume then that you can only have one account per pc? or is there another way round it.

Are you trying to register the same email address twice? Need a seperate one for each account.

Might also be that messenger is still signed in while you are trying to register and the process picks up on this? Right-click on the icon in system tray, select sign out. Then try registering the new account.

First thoughts.

you have one msn, both of you have hotmail accounts, when ones done the other enters their hotmail address / password to get into their msn account
