on the subject of mobile ringtones does anyone have or have had in the past a siemans C45. When i got it i was under the impression you could get ringtones for it from the net etc and there are spare melodies available to store them but i cant find any other than whats on the siemans website and you have to pay loads for those and theyre very old songs. Does anyone know any websites/otherwise where you can get tones for the C45? Ive got a classical song on at the moment - (Canon by Pachelbel) but i wouldnt mind having something a bit more up to date - like from this century- i am only youngster after all

I have to say that Xenon II and Speedball were possibly the two major factors that completely ruined my further education.

I don't know what the Bitmap Brothers did after I got sucked into Starglider 2. Must sniff out an emulator sometime and find out.

My mobile phone doesn't make any noise at all, but has a vibrating alert. It is looking rather battered now as I leave it on the mantelpiece most of the time, and when it rings, it slowly buzzes off the edge and falls on the floor.

£4.50 does sound expensive to download a ring tone to a mobile phone.

Is it not possible to do this yourself via some cable?

I alternate between "Never on a Sunday" and "Star Wars main theme".

I also make my own poly ringtones using a MIDI keyboard and the infra red port on Dad's laptop, as my Sony Ericsson T300 has an infra red mode.

Not sure what ring tone mine has. I think "ring, ring" or maybe just 'ring"
I got it 2 months ago for emergencies only. Touch wood I havent had any emergencies yet. No one ever calls me on it cos i'm either at work or at home and they can call me there. I pay for incoming calls, so I wait until I get home to return them.

Well before i had to send my nokia 3510i off to Nokia to be repaired I had the intro to Maybe thats what it takes by Alex Parks, I also had Halloween theme tune, The Exorcist theme tune and i wont say who had to call me for that but it involves the jobcentre :D and I had Cars by the 80s godfather of electro-pop Gary Numan

It's the 'City Bird' melody on a Trium, I think it sounds like this...

D D C G F D

All notes are on the same octave, the first two D's are quavers and the C G F notes afterwards are each triplet quavers, with the final D immediately after.

So, what tune you got on your mobile at the moment and why? does it remind you of anything or anyone? or is it just a cool tune.

I always find myself changing it for different occasions - like at the moment it's Big Brother theme or great escape for euro 04. I am still searching for a good version of the Braveheart theme if anyone knows where I can get one?;)
