I'm sure that this topic may have come up somwhere in the forum at one point or another but I have to ask: What happened to the Empire Bar? I heard lots of things about that place and when I passed it the other day, I saw that they were turning it into a student/ indie place..did it get closed down like banus?

I hope it got closed down as its the most cheesy and awful place ever!

lol, yea. I heard that it was the ideal place to go to if you wanna get stuck like pig :hihi: the one and only time i went in there i got searched!!

i heard it got shut down because of last new years eve apparantly someone got beaten up badly by the bouncers. may be untrue. they also let any one in with a skirt 13yr old or otherwise.

might be the same problem with empire as was with banus the bouncers letting kids in only if they show themselves fems obviously
