Seeing as I'll miss the Kelham one, I'm going to be forced to attend this aren't I? I'm only doing it to support my local businesses, of course.
Andy C 14-06-2007, 01:38 PM This event starts today, as does the beer festival at the Harlequin. A good weekend to head down the 'valley of beer'....

fox20thc 17-06-2007, 12:53 PM It was a good night last night. We tried a few beers I like the SunnyDaze beer. :D Though the bar staying open til midnight meant we may have had a few more than we intended ;)
Meaks 18-06-2007, 12:08 AM :hihi:
Glad you enjoyed it fox! :) I'm afraid I didn't make much of it as I had hoped.
There is another beer festival coming up from Thursday (and also a sausage festival in town next week)! :o

Meaks 18-06-2007, 09:19 PM Called in after work today and there are several festival beers left going for £1 a pint - doubt they will last long!
They also have some 12% beer left for the foolhardy! :o
SpiderPete 18-06-2007, 09:21 PM (and also a sausage festival in town next week)! :o
I thought the Sausage Festival was this week. Must go have a look after work tomorrow.

SpiderPete 18-06-2007, 09:48 PM I think it may have stared today - I assumed you would be there for the opening!
We are going tomorrow night after work. So shall see what is on offer.
Meaks 18-06-2007, 09:51 PM Oooh, start a thread! Start a thread! :D
Meaks 29-06-2007, 12:15 AM This thread has been moved two weeks after the event finished! :loopy: :hihi:
Anyways the Hillsborough is unaffected by the floods except for the odd power cut.
