2 rooms available on charlotte road -5 minutes walk from the city centre. The house has four rooms altogether so you'd be sharing with two friendly, relaxed female postgrad students. The house is clean, nicely furnished, and has central heating and double glazing. It has a communal washing machine, microwave, tv and fridge/freezer and an enormous pile of cutlery, plates, mugs, bowls, pot and pans etc from previous peole who've left it there so there's no need to bring your own! There is also a broadband network installed so if you want in we can just plug your computer into it!

the rooms available are the ground floor bedroom, which is a large size, with a single bed, 2 desks, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and is £45 per week, but the landlord offers a 42 week contract so you only have to pay that for 42 weeks and a retainer (of £100) for the room over the summer if you want your contract to start when term starts.
The other bedroom available is the smallest room-which is therefore cheaper at £35 per week, (and is also available on a 42 week contract). It has a single bed, wardrobe, desk and shelves. It's small but bright and cosy!
Each room also has a washing basket, a large wall mirror, a desklamp and a clothes dryer

the landlord is very friendly and helpful -he only lives down the road which is handy if you need to get hold of him!

To all: there are currently 4 rooms available in this house but this post for them is a year old and the price has gone up since then to 47 a week for the larger rooms and 37 per week for the small room.
