Hi guys –
I am a current Tenant at 91 Hadfield St in Walkley, S6 Area and am advertising the following rooms on behalf of the Landlord.
As of July 1st there will be 1 room vacant and available to rent for a minimum period of 3 months until September and for a maximum period of 15 months until September 2008, but would be ideal for someone just looking for a room over the 3 summer months.
The house is a large, spacious, semi-detached 3 story building with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large Kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining table, front of house self-furnished lounge, a cellar for storage and a fabulous large back garden which belongs all to ourselves (this can be put to great use for those weekend parties..)
The rent for 2 of the rooms is £180 PCM and for the last smaller room £185 PCM exc bills.
Amenities and facilities include Washing machine in Kitchen full fan assist. Oven/grill/overhead lights and extractor fan etc. Large combo fridge freezer too and central heating system.
The Broadband Internet connection, telephone, and Digital TV with freeview all come through Telewest at £6 per person per month.
Council tax is £23 p/person PCM.
The other 4 rooms will be occupied by myself, a 24 yr old male working and living in Sheffield until November when I move to Australia, and 3 25 yr old Males. All are easy going people who like to party but are polite and courteous.
