I know a few people used it for the Clapotis knit along last year but I can't remember who. I want to buy some and make a Clapotis but I'm having a really hard time working out what the knitted version of the colourways would look like. The only pictures on the website are of it wound into a skein.

Does anyone have any knitted up pictures of silk aran? Any colourway?

I've done one, here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/madstitcher2000/457881712/) is a pic but I can't remember the colourway, it was done last summer. I do like using it, but I do notice it tends to break easily if you pull it too tight. Here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/madstitcher2000/509549540/) is another pic of one i started but haven't finished yet, thats in fallen angel shade.
I do know Kerrie plans to do a gallery of some Clapotis that have been done in her silk, but I don't know when.

Thanks jules. I did like the Fallen Angel shade on the website but I thought it would be much darker than so I now know to rule that shade out!
