I currently have 1 single room and 1 double room (furnished) to let in a very friendly terraced house 2 minutes from Sheffield Station Train and Tram stop. The prices for these rooms are £50pw and £65pw respectively and include all bills including internet. The area is quiet and within 10 miutes walk from City Centre, close to bus stops for the 120, 123, 94, 95 etc. Also very near the Doctors, a dentist, pubs and local shops.
The house itself has a living room with tv and sofas etc, equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washer, tumble drier and dining table. We also have a garden (yet to be done up:lol: ). The bathroom is shared and has bath, electric shower, toilet and sink. The water is heated via combi boiler so showers are always hot!
At the moment, the house is ocupied only by a 20 year old student and an electrician. We are very pet friendly and also have a 2 year old dog (very well trained) and would welcome other pet lovers. We don't smoke ourselves but smoking outside would be ok.
I am asking for £150 returnable deposit and the rent is to be paid either weekly or 4 weekly.
