I had assumed you owned the property, no worries. I'm in the states until the end of June, but may view it in early July if its still available. You're right about it being a nice location though.

Well, I think it's great that you're helping your friend out. If you could get me an update on whether the furniture comes with the apartment, that would be great too :).

I've been checking out the blundells website for a while now for a nice apartment. I'd prefer a two bedroom place, but thats more because I'm greedy rather than a need for two bedrooms. Loads of Jet Centro apartments are for sale on blundells. A friend lives there, but its near a ring road so is a little busy for my liking.

Aparently there is a problem with Rat infestation in parts of West one. Is this true. Probably to do with all the rich manky students who leave their pies everywhere!
