Hello, I’d like a room over Summer – till the end of September. Maybe longer if that’s an option you’d like.

I am quiet, nice and clean. Warm and friendly but not intrusive. Non – smoker, but happy if you are. Vegetarian, but like carnivores.

Can afford around £200 a month. Broadband net access preferred. TV, phone fine, but not essential. Would like middleish to large space. Attic would be wonderful. Unfurnished preferred – but, furnished fine also.

Nether Edge, Sharrow, Meersbrook, Heeley, Hunters Bar lovely. But anywhere within quick n’ easy access to City Centre fine.
