WE have a double attic room, unfurnished, in crookes (off springvale road) available now. The rent is 180pcm + bills between 3. Our housemate moved out in march, we are looking for someone who'll be easy going and relaxed to join us... not someone who'll hide in their room though! the rest of the house is furnished although there is room for a few new bits though.

Would a summer let be something you would consider? Also, would it be possible to have photos of the room available as well as the communal rooms in the house so as to determine whether a viewing is appropriate? Cheers in advance.
