You would be living with 3 guys all 26. We are looking for someone who is good fun who like pubs and going out who we can have a laugh with.

The house is on Greenhow street, has a small garden to the rear, a decent kitchen and shared lounge.

Room is £200 a month plus bills. House has broadband, cable etc.
its quite a cool place not far from decent pubs with a few shops really local as well.
