My friend is coming over next Monday lunchtime & we fancied grabbing something to eat While we talk rubbish.
Could anyone recommend somewhere in the Chapeltown/Burncross/Ecclesfield/Grenoside area?

We don't want anything too fancy & my friend is a bit punky so we don't want any dress code type places. Oh, and she's a veggie.

Escape is nice and will be quiet at lunchtime. Commercial for “pub” meals.

The Crown and Cushion on Burncross road does nice food, always haas veggy options on the menu and does not get too busy at lunchtime.
The Commercial on Station road does excellent beer and food and might be more suitable for a "punky" type.
