We are a post graduate/young professional house of two girls (2nd year PhD students) and a boy (teacher) and a dog looking for someone for the next year (maybe two) from the 1st of September (ish). The house is in Upper Walkley, close to the high street, buses, shops and the park as well as easy walking distance to Hillsborough and Crookes. We have a large garden with patio and bbq and the whole house has been recently decorated and recarpeted.

The rent is £220pm not including bill and if you are eligible to pay council tax then it would be two people sharing so you'd pay half. We have wireless broadband and the usual stuff

The university is a 25 minute walk (20 mins if you power walk and 30 if your slow ) without any big hills.
