We are a young professional couple looking for accommodation starting from 1/07/07 at the latest, and on a 6 months contract.

The perfect house/flat would have/be:
- 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms (part)furnished house/flat
- < £520/month
- S10, S11, S7 and Walkley areas (peaceful and quiet)

With
- Easy parking (street, driveway or garage)
- Good insulation (PVC/double glazing)
- Laminated floors or clean/nice/new carpets
- Nice kitchen (efficient (gas) cooker, electric oven, fridge/freezer)
- Nice bathroom with bath
- Dining/Living room

We are a very (very!) clean and reliable couple, who is looking for a nice place that we could take good care of. We both have permanent jobs in Sheffield.
The house/flat does not have to be brand new, as long as it is in a good state and feels nice and comfy.
