I have a semi-self contained studio within my house which is going to be available from first week July. The studio is very large (45 foot long) and has its own kitchen, sitting/study area, very large bedroom with double bed, loads of storage, is fully furnished and equipped for independent living. It is reached by its own staircase, and is private, very quiet and perfect for someone who wants privacy and lots of space. The only aspect that is shared is the bathroom shared with one other person. All fuel, TV licence and council tax is inclued in the rent of £80 per week, also some services and some cleaning is included. Because the studio is within my household, this is a lodging, rather than a tenancy, even though we would not be sharing a kitchen or living room, but it's important that we share values. It is offered to a female only, preferably post-grad or mature female student. The household is an all-female one, so this aspect is not negotiable (sorry to any men reading). Large friendly cat lives in the house, so lodger must be OK with cats. I forgot to mention the area! It's in Crookes, S10 and is very close to sheffield university union building (10 mins walk) and hospitals (10 mins walk). Bus routes 52 and 95 serve well, and close to Crookes shops.

sorry, I don't have a photo of the bathroom that would give you much in the way of information.
The bathroom has an electric shower so there's plenty of instant hot water, very powerful, and a toilet and washbasin. There's not much more to say about a bathroom! My daughter is clean and tidy, and likes the bathroom to be kept that way. I supply the toilet paper, and do the cleaning of the bthroom, so you'd be spared the 'cleaning the bathroom rota' business.

I don't think that would work, as there would be no access to a cat flap for your cat to go outside from the studio (the catflap for my cat is in my kitchen). So sorry, but I don't think that would be ideal. Hope you find something for you and your cat.
