Hi,
I recently posted a thread saying that I was looking for a house in S8 at the end of July. Our situation has now changed and we are looking for somewhere towards the middle or end of this month.
We are looking for a 3 bedroom house in s8, suitable for a couple, one single friend and a spare room to be used as an office. Maximum budget would be £600 a month but would prefer around the £550 mark.
We would much prefer to go through a private landlord than an agency, as the agencies all seem to charge all sorts of additonal costs. Please get in touch if you can help.
