Just a few quick questions:help:
what colour car would or did you have?
What kind of car was it?
What is the rate you`d pay or did pay? (tricky one depends on car etc)
If you were to go for something unusual what would it be?
I`ve heard of people that have used a open top bus..also fire engine..bin wagon..skip wagon...horse n cart.
The emphasis on wedding cars is usually for the bride do you think the groom should arrive in something special/sporty?
These questions came about due to a recent conversation I had,and wondered what was the norm. Is it all big limos or are people passed that stage now. I think personally as long as the service/price is good, and the cars are clean what difference does it make.

Well i suppose it depends on the person, I am having a limo to carry me and all my bridesmaids, while my OH is hiring a ferrari for the day for him and his best man.

i'm not sure what i'm going to have yet, guess it depends on the price when i start looking around! My partner is car mad though, especially for old 'classics' so i'm planning to hire a mk2 granada or something similar as a surprise for him! I read somewhere on here that someone contacted a classic car club and asked if anyone would hire their car out so I may go down that route.

Im not hiring one...Im using my own lilac beetle with cream ribbons on :)
H2B is staying at the venue the night before so he won't need a car.

I used my rover many moons ago, when I got married polished it endlessly for 3 days prior to the wedding! Pity the car lasted longer than the marriage but hey who cares. I had more fun with the car :hihi:

Thanks to all who replied to my original questions
