No - but this is not applicable to us as we're students.

The reason of why I am asking is that I will start my PHD in this summer but I will be employed by the Sheffield Univerity, so that they can keep me survive. So I will consider myself as member of Staff and no exemption to the council tax. Do you know roughly the amount of it? and what is the electricity cost you?

Thank you very much

Christopher

Hi Nen

Would it be possible to have photos of the flat and also particularly of the room available please? Also, what length of contract is it, and is this flexible? Who are the agents? PM me please with details.

Cheers in advance.
