Can anyone recommend somewhere to go for a pub lunch, or similar thing, on saturday (tomorrow) preferably in the city centre.

Thanks! :D

The Harley is good for food.

Banker's Draft's not bad, near Castle Square Tram stop, otherwise there's the Wetherspoon's place on the corner at the top of Cambridge Street (Opposite City Hall) which is good.

Also the Old Monk opposite the Lyceum's not bad, good grub and reasonable prices the few times I've been in, their scampi and chips is good anyway, and they're one of the few Pubs who actually take notice when you ask for "no peas or other green stuff", others put the peas etc on the plate anyway to make teh plate look more full :loopy:

Aunt Sally's in Broomhill's not bad either. It's near the Botanical Gardens on Clarkhouse Road.

2 meals for £7 or thereabouts anyway.

Cut out the service and go to the spar and buy a brand value microwave meal - its basically the same as what you'll get in any 'fine' eatery that is called Wetherspoons.
