Hi,

Im a young male professional who is looking for housing in the Crookes / Broomhill / Walkley area or as close to as possible, and I am looking to either share a house with someone or rent out a 1-bed flat for a year. Im looking for a house which has a decent-sized room (with a double bed) with adequate facilities.

I start work in Sheffield again on the 1st August so I am happy to rent from July if that is more convenient. My budget is £300pcm but I could afford up to £350pcm if the place is worth it!

Id be grateful if you could let me know if you have a spare room or know of a good place to rent out for the year. You can either PM me or email me at c_m_green@hotmail.co.uk. Also, you can call me on my mobile (07939038439).

Many thanks,

Carl
