im wanting a 3 bedroom house must have good size rear garden for my kids. and a good size kitchen for dining table or dining room im looking for these areas s6 hillsborough/walkley/wisewood/loxley/wadsley halifax rd/maybe crooks to stop near family and riverlin school.may consider other areas ,in exchange for my well sort after new 2 bedroom ground floor flat on loxley court flats limbrick close road at hillsborough theres only 2 people above me its very private no other houses on the road but just 2 minutes away from all shops and trams/bus station the flat has 1 single room 1 double room so would suit a couple with 1 child or elderly unless u could work around it by swoping rooms if a single parent with 2 children. there is normal size bathroom/ massive living room its well over 20ft /small fitted kitchen/loads of storage/ all decorated would leave all carpets for you/there is security doors with intercom private car park and garages well kept shared gardens. you can have small pets on here like cats but cant have any dogs think thats about it so please if any 1 got what im looking 4 and i got what u would want pm please :) you can also call me on 01142320859
